Because we are a small, one-woman-run business, processing and shipping times may be longer than large retailers. We appreciate your patience and support!


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–14 business days after your purchase is completed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.


Shipping Rate

We offer flat-rate shipping of $9.99 on all orders within the United States.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.


Shipping Carriers

Orders may be shipped using USPS or UPS, depending on the most efficient delivery method.


Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has shipped, most packages arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or high-volume shipping periods.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can track your package.


Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Your LuvHelper is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, store credit will be issued minus the shipping cost.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the shipping carrier, it is considered received.

If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.


Discreet Shipping

All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no indication of the contents to protect your privacy.
