Returns & Exchanges Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

We offer exchanges only within 30 days of receiving your order for eligible items.

To qualify for an exchange, your item must be:

• Unused
• Unworn
• In its original packaging
• With all tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that include a hygiene seal or safety seal must have the seal completely intact and unbroken to be eligible for an exchange. Any item with a broken or removed seal cannot be returned or exchanged.

To request an exchange, email haveasexyday.nw@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

If your exchange request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.

Items sent without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you if the exchange has been approved. Approved exchanges will be issued as store credit or exchanged for another item of equal value.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 5 days of delivery if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

You may be asked to provide photos of the item and packaging to process the claim.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Adult toys that have been opened or used
• Products with broken hygiene or safety seals
• Opened lubricants, enhancement gels, or oils
• Opened bath & body products
• Lingerie that has been worn or returned without original tags
• Clearance or sale items
• Gift cards
• Custom or special-order products

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for an exchange, please contact us before requesting a return.


Additional Policy Terms

Refused or undeliverable packages returned to us by the carrier will be issued store credit minus shipping costs.

• Orders marked delivered by the carrier are considered received. Claims for missing packages must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.

• We reserve the right to deny exchanges that do not meet the conditions of this policy.
